Look out over the New Otani's gorgeous Japanese garden while warming up with some hot soup – the hotel's Garden Lounge is putting on a 'soup fair' for winter, serving bisque, onion au gratin and corn soups combined with homemade bread until the end of March. Expect to pay around ¥2,000 for a set of soup, bread, salad and unbeatable views.
