The TERATOTERA program is an ongoing art project taking place around Koenji, Kichijoji and Kokubunji (all three areas have the kanji tera in their names) along the Chuo line. They’re now putting on a talk with chief director Nozomu Ogawa and the multi-talented Ichiro Endo, whose pursuits include deejaying, working as a producer for the Island Japan project and designing for Tamagawa Casual, with the duo discussing the many challenges inherent in organising successful art projects.
