Time Out says

Contemporary artist Shinji Ohmaki takes over Senju Asahi Park, known locally as Taroyama Park, for this performance that will see him release massive amounts of sparkling soap bubbles and transform the area into a dreamland. Taking place as a part of the Art Access Adachi project, centring on the Senju neighbourhood in Adachi-ku, Ohmaki’s piece aims to suddenly transform the local scenery, thus both bringing old memories to life and forging new ones. This one should make for a spellbinding experience.
