We've all seen fresh oysters on the plate, but what about travelling oysters? Photographer Momoko Japan shares her world of travelling oysters on 10 photographs, each one combined with a poem, and whilst it's refreshing to these slimy creatures gazing at Mt. Fuji, they're still best enjoyed as food. Try the oyster lunch course offered at La Maree de Chaya for ¥5,250 or the Five Star Oyster Plate for ¥3,150. This looks like a delicious weekend getaway.
