Time Out says

Soetsu Yanagi, founder of the Japan Folk Crafts Museum, endeavoured to overcome the conventions of how a Japanese tea ceremony was to be conducted. He focused on the beauty of bowls and utensils, charting his own 'way of tea' that would fit the theme of folk crafts. This exhibition traces the history of those efforts, and displays many of the items that inspired Yanagi.
