Review

The view doesn't get much more impressive than from the towering windows at Restaurant Luke, which occupies the 47th floor of an office block on the banks of the Sumida river. The cuisine is fairly pricey French, and Luke boasts the rare distinction of having one of Tokyo's highest beer gardens – towering a full 221m above sea level.
