An unassuming venue located a few stops from Shinjuku, this hall has hosted top bands, including the Clash, PiL and the Pogues, as well as many blues, folk rock (Suzanne Vega) and world-music artists. The list of prohibitions recited before any concert is far more suited to a classical music hall, but the venue does still offer popular stuff. The acoustics are quite good.
