Ginza's Shiseido building isn't the first place you'd look for a fancy cocktail bar, but this new opener sure looks like it'll be worth a visit: divvied up into a more casual zone and a full-on lounge area, Bar S serves select delicacies from the Shiseido Parlour downstairs, plus a brief menu courtesy of the same building's Faro restaurant. In addition to a wide range of mixed drinks, you can choose from wine, champagne, sake and spirits. Potentially a wise pick for closing out an exhausting day of shopping.
