Review

Tokyo is the world capital for fresh fish, but knowing where to go for the good stuff requires a little advance knowledge. One of the most accessible retailers dealing in seafood delivered directly from fishermen is Bacca, based in Musashi-Koyama and, since February 2015, Nakameguro. In addition to a wide variety of fish, the shop sells condiments and spices sourced from all over Japan, cooking utensils and fun accessories. You can also count on seasonal specials and events like tuna-cutting shows.
