がぶ丼

Review

This small restaurant, located close to Musashi-Koyama Station, serves up a variety of dishes that go well with alcohol at night. However, they're best known for the Gabudon, served only during lunch. This dish contains sliced steak, cooked on the rare side and arranged piece by piece over rice to look like a flower in bloom. The steak is flavoured with a slightly sweet soy sauce-based dressing, and then seasoned with coarse ground pepper and salt.
