Japanese rock quartet Oceanlane were supposed to play in Sendai on March 12 – the day after the quake and tsunami – and they've retooled their two scheduled Tokyo dates in order to help those affected by the disaster. In an effort to conserve electricity, the group will play unplugged and use LED candles (dispensed to the audience) in lieu of stage lights. Proceeds from the two shows go to the quake relief fund established by the Federation of Music Producers Japan.
