They may have a reputation for being intimidatingly hip, but the Tokyo Dandy boys have got hearts of gold. They've assembled a sizzling line-up for their 'One Nippon' fundraiser at Trump Room on Saturday, starring unhinged performance-art-electro outfit Trippple Nippples, plus 2Boy, Anti Noise, Mademoiselle Yulia and a whole heap of others. In lieu of a door charge, the Dandy lads are asking everybody to bring at least three items from the food and supplies list drawn up by relief organisation Second Harvest Japan, which will be whisked up north to help people desperately in need. This may be the only time that a few bags of unopened diapers grant you access to Tokyo's most fashionable club, so we'd recommend you seize the moment. Takings at the bar will be used to help transport the donations to Second Harvest's office, and you can also pick up a 500 yen 'Pray for Japan' badge specially designed by those irrepressible doyens of the fashionably cute, Bambi + Faline.
