In November, Neo Stall Village lets the Beaujolais Nouveau flow freely. As usual, a cosmopolitan selection of food trucks gather in the Forum's covered ground floor plaza, with vittles sold for ¥500 or under. This month's specialties are the many wine-compatible treats that should go perfectly with everyone's favorite well-marketed grape beverage.
