It's Europe's premier celebration of dub and sound system culture, but in recent years Croatia's Outlook Festival has been heading to Tokyo for its annual warm-up party. This year's boasts the most heavyweight lineup to date, crowned by dubstep progenitors Skream and Benga. The London lads are joined by a range of roots, ragga and straight-up bass devotees, from veteran sound system operators like Iration Steppas and Mungo's Hi Fi to turntablist DJ Kentaro and voguish newcomers including Lef!!! Crew!!! and Tofubeats. Tickets go on general sale on March 31; here's the lineup so far...
