Time Out says

When the promoters of Tokyo's Hacienda parties – named after the legendary Manchester club – expanded the action to a two-day festival on the Shonan coast during Golden Week last year, bets were off as to whether it would work. But, helped by some glorious spring weather, the event proved to be a huge success. This year's might just be even better, and not just because Peter Hook won't be singing this time around: they've snagged some marquee-name DJs including Afrojack, Digitalism, John Digweed, James Zabiela and Soul Clap, plus acid house-era warhorses 808 State.

Update: Happy Mondays have cancelled their appearance at The Hacienda Oiso Festival, but the band's Bez and Rowetta will appear with Peter Hook on Sunday
