Time Out says

Born in Sao Paulo to Japanese parents, artist Oscar Oiwa spent a decade living in Tokyo before relocating to his current home in New York – though he continues to exhibit here on a regular basis. His latest show rounds up some of his most recent work, including a few widescreen canvas paintings inspired by memories of his years in Japan. Note that Traveling Light is split between Art Front Gallery and the Cube exhibition spaces in Shibuya's Hikarie building, where it will run from November 14-26.
