Tokyo Midtown is aiming for a place in the record books with the latest of its annual Park Yoga season. If you hang around after the end of the first morning class on April 21, you could take part in the world's longest yoga chain, involving some 400 people. That's just the most attention-grabbing part of Park Yoga, a series of free yoga sessions held on the verdant lawns around the back of Midtown. There'll be morning gatherings held at the weekends and throughout Golden Week, with a different instructor taking charge each time, plus evening 'moon viewing' sessions from 7.30pm on Wednesdays. Also look out for the Yoga Aid Challenge charity fundraiser event on April 29.
Open Apr 21, 22, 25, 28-30, May 2-6, 9, 12, 16, 23
