Time Out says
Noodles are a dish best served cold, especially in the suffocating heat of Tokyo's summer. Head over to the Westin's Chinese restaurant, Ryutenmon, and make your pick of three special dishes available only in July and August. In addition to noodles with roast duck and vegetables (¥3,400) and a spicy tofu noodle mix (¥2,400), you can opt for the luxurious Ryutenmon Original Jiyo Reimen (¥3,950), which comes with 14 toppings including eel, sirloin steak slices and ginseng – in other words, enough 'stamina' to keep you going for the entire day.
