Time Out says
Shiodome's rather uninspiring Caretta complex isn't the first (or even the tenth) place you'd usually consider for a bar-hopping night, but this little happening just might sway your choice: during the event period, a total of around 20 restaurants, bars and cafés in the area offer special food and drink combos for ¥1,000 a pop – pick up one of the ticket three-packs (¥3,000, ¥2,500 when bought in advance) and start exploring.
