Aiming to bring a little cheer and funky moves to the stuck-up streets of Nagatacho, DJ and Kyoto Jazz Massive frontman Shuya Okino will be setting up a turntable booth right in front of the Prime Minister's official crib, continuing his efforts to bring club culture out into the open and keep the momentum going for continuing reform of Japan's infamous no-dancing law. The organisers have been tight-lipped about the actual format of the event, so make sure to head over in person to check out the vibe.
