Drawing inspiration from natural patterns like cells and foam, as well as from traditional Chinese, Turkish and Italian decorative crafts, award-winning artist Tomoko Shioyasu creates elaborate and physically imposing paper cut-outs that transform entire gallery walls into endlessly detailed, organic-looking tapestries. This free solo exhibit displays a total of eight representative pieces by this up-and-coming visionary.
