Time Out says

Last year's Sake Fest was enough of a success for the organisers to bring this jolly booze bash back for another run, so Kanda Shrine will again play host to a day of sipping, mingling and appraising in October. The shrine grounds will be filled with stalls offerings quality nihonshu from all over this fine country, as well as sake-compatible snacks and sweets, all of which should guarantee an enjoyable afternoon.
