Review

The original Fujiya Hotel in Hakone was Japan's first western-style resort hotel, and still remains as an atmospheric, slightly shopworn relic of the Meiji Era. Its lone Tokyo outpost doesn't have the same charm, though it's got a good location and is worth considering if you're looking for a more decadent alternative to the area's business hotels.
