Review

Probably the only place in Tokyo where non-stop (recorded) tango provides seductive old-style accompaniment to the liquid refreshments. Argentina’s finest exponents of the dance feature in the impressive array of fading monochromes on the walls, and there’s also a selection of printed works on related subjects lining the bookshelves. Of the two rooms, the larger and darker gets the nod for atmosphere. As well as a wide range of coffees, Mironga proffers a good selection of imported beers and reasonable food.
