A pleasant jazz-themed bar and restaurant on the 43rd floor of a swanky hotel. The nice feature is that the two main windows to the left and right of the lift offer totally different views. To the right, you tower over houses and small local businesses, while to the left the monoliths of Shinjuku heave into view.
