Review

Hajime looks like an old apartment from the outside but is actually a sleek, modern designer bar. Yellow light gives the tiny basement space a warm glow. The menu focuses on wines - both grape and rice varieties. This being Ginza, there’s a predictable ¥1,000 seating charge.
