Review

The good news for anyone looking to stay in this quiet area not far from Tokyo station is that while the Saibo has remodelled its interior and guest rooms – rooms are still small and services sparse, however – the bargain rates have been retained. A good bet for solo travellers looking for functional and relatively modern accommodation.
