Review

Tokyo Midtown gets a new taste of casual French wining and dining with the opening of Genie's, a restaurant run by the former head chef and manager of Ginza's Maxim's de Paris. Traditional techniques are employed to create brand-new fusion fare, with the menu including everything from seafood stews to suspicious Gallic versions of ramen and yaki-onigiri. At least you'll be able to wash it all down with a bottle of fine French wine.
