Review

Observatory on the 40th floor of Hamamatsucho's World Trade Center building. Although the somewhat out-of-the-way location ensures that it's not as popular as its competitors, this one still offers beautiful panoramic views of nearby Tokyo Tower, the Bay area and Odaiba.
