Opening inside Shinagawa's Prince Hotel in July, this 'aqua park' is essentially a renovated version of the old Epson Aqua Stadium, also known as that other (and more convenient) aquarium in the area. The dolphin show, jellyfish tanks and other familiar displays have been combined with cutting-edge audiovisual displays, while the tunnel with stingrays and sharks has also gotten a facelift. Non-marine life is represented by sleepy capybaras, there's an open-air zone inhabited by sea lions and penguins, and the café is lit up by fluorescent corals.
