These rental studios, housed in a cube-shaped building in Aoyama, are owned by the interior goods store Sempre and used for events such as exhibitions, photo shoots and pop-up stores. The first and second floors are simple spaces with white walls and natural wood floors. The top floor features a wooden deck surrounded by lush greenery.
