A well-situated, no-frills hotel that’s well past its prime, the Ginza Daiei does at least offer decent-sized rooms with plain, functional pine furniture and inoffensive decor. Services are minimal, but high-speed internet has been installed in recent years. If you opt for the top-price ‘Healthy Twin’ room, you’ll get the added bonus of a jet bath.
