We'll be honest, when we first saw this we thought it was a rice cooker on wheels. But it's not, thank goodness – it's a kind of pushchair for roving Rovers. It's not entirely clear why a dog needs a pushchair – most go crazy when you shout 'walkies!' – but there you have it. A buggy for dogs. If you've got ¥45,000 to spare, then why not?
