In contrast to January's wildly popular (and French-biased) Salon du Chocolat, this sweets show shines the spotlight on domestic chocolatiers, their latest pursuits and the overall state of the Japanese upscale choc scene. Over 20 shops, including H Tsujiguchi and Ken's Cafe Tokyo, will be displaying their wares, while visitors can also catch a 'chocolate art performance' by pâtissier Hironobu Tsujiguchi as well as a pastry-making demonstration with Shizuoka great Morihide Yoshida. Try not to go on an empty stomach.
