Not to be outdone by Kanda Shrine's popular nihonshu gathering, this celebration of the joys of rice-based brews promises to be the biggest festival of its kind ever seen in Shibuya. 24 breweries will be offering more than 100 varieties of sake, which can be enjoyed in unlimited quantities and in forms including sparkling, cocktails, 'Japanese-style liquors' and so on. No food is available here, but you're allowed to grab some grub outside the festival zone and come back in with the same ticket.
