Time Out says

Go shop-hopping at the prefectural stores representing Hiroshima, Yamagata, Kochi, Okinawa, Ibaraki, Fukui and Tokushima, all conveniently located close to each other in Ginza, and sample the finest sake from the regions in question. A ¥1,100 'pass card' entitles you to one cup of nihonshu and a small appetiser at each shop, and those who collect 'sake stamps' at all seven shops can participate in a lottery for extra-fancy Hiroshima-made groceries and the like.
