Time Out says

In 1995, Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts (K*MoPA) launched the Young Portfolios Programme in a bid to preserve the works of young photographers (under 35). In commemoration of the programme's 20th anniversary, this exhibition showcases a curated range of 500 works from its archival collection, which consists of 5,296 pieces submitted by 698 artists from 44 different countries. The line-up also includes the early works of renowned photographers such as Nobuyoshi Araki, Naoki Honjo, Yoshihiro Tatsuki, Eikoh Hosoe, Kishin Shinoyama and many more.
