Review

From this upmarket whisky and cigar bar high in the Sanno Park Tower you get a good view of the jumbled cityscape towards Shibuya. The illuminated glass wine cellar and shelves of whisky (from ¥1,200 a glass) stand out amid the bar’s dark elegance, and you feel a world away from the buzzing chaos 27 floors below. Staff also serve a mean Martini and good seasonal cocktails.
