Otsuka Park Library

Museums & Attractions

Review

Located in a corner of the quiet Otsuka Park, this small but useful park library stocks mainly magazines and children’s books, and also has a small reading area in the lobby. The mag collection includes Japanese weeklies, women's magazines, sports papers and more, while some daily newspapers are available as well. Not too flashy, but a comfy place to take a break from exploring and enjoy some quiet time, especially on hot summer days.
