The Omotesando branch of Gold’s Gym sits just off the main shopping street, and opens early enough on weekdays for a quick session before work. The 2nd floor is devoted mainly to weight and cardio training, with a studio that gets used for anything from yoga and aerobics to hip hop and belly dancing classes. When you're done, you can unwind in the saunas upstairs.
