It turns out that the nocturnal cyclists featured in our recent 20 ways to make friends in Tokyo article go out in the daytime, too. Join the Night Pedal Cruising crew for their annual picnic expedition this weekend, a leisurely inner-city bike ride that winds up in Shiba Park. The ride departs at noon from Omotesando's United Nations University, though it's worth getting there early to stock up on provisions at the farmer's market first.
