Time Out says

Fans of German beer can enjoy an almost uninterrupted slew of drinking between Golden Week and early June, with unseasonal Oktoberfests occurring in rapid succession in Odaiba, Hibiya Park and Komazawa Olympic Park. The latter promises to be the most sedate of the bunch, thanks to a slightly out-of-the-way location, though you can expect the same mix of sauerkraut, sausages and pricey German brews served in proper glass tankards.
