If you were put off by the insane crowds at the Thai and One Love Jamaica festivals in Yoyogi Park earlier in the month, rest assured that things are unlikely to get quite so claustrophobic during this weekend's celebration of little old Laos. Expect the usual array of food stands and handicraft stalls, plus stage appearances by Laotian crooner Ardsana, rock band Cells, pop singer Aluna and a bunch of Japanese acts.
