Wan Wan Carnival 2012

Sat Apr 14 - Sun Apr 15, 2012 Yoyogi Park

Time Out says

There's a mutt menagerie erupting in Yoyogi Park this weekend, as the annual Wan Wan Carnival returns for its 5th year. Highlights of this dog festival include the Saturday afternoon stage show, wherein people perform skits with their pooches, and Sunday's 'The Super Shot Challenge', in which owners are given two minutes in which to prove that their canines can respond to simple commands. There'll also be quizzes, games, a free photo booth and stalls selling assorted doggy goods, meaning that even if you're more of a cat person, it should make for an entertaining (or, at least, entertainingly surreal) afternoon.
