IRB Pacific Nations Cup, 2011

Sat Jul 2 - Wed Jul 13, 2011 Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium

Time Out says

Four nations collide this July, battling it out in the sixth Pacific Nations Cup, in what is being seen as a precursor to this year's Rugby World Cup. Tokyo was originally due to host the whole thing, but the matches pencilled in for July 9 and 13 are now being held overseas, meaning that fans will have to make do with Japan's date against Samoa. Rugby Union has a reasonable following in Japan, and fans appear to be as drink friendly as their international counterparts, so expect a fairly boisterous event.
