Petit Thai festival

Sun May 15, 2011 Commune Commune

Time Out says

The annual Thai festival set to take over Yoyogi Koen this coming weekend has been cancelled, meaning that lovers of Thai food (and culture in general) need somewhere else to get their fix. Not to worry – Commune in Shimokitazawa has stepped in to lend a helping hand, and the festival will go ahead, albeit in a vastly scaled down manner.

Come with an appetite for Thai curries, snacks, DJs and films; all will be present and correct and available for a few spice-fueled hours only. Look out for the appearance of Napa Kiatwanchai, also – we had to Google him, it's true, and (if we've hit on the right Napa) you could be in the presence of a Thai boxing legend.
