Mushroom masters from all over the country again descend on the UNU farmers' market in Aoyama for the annual Kino-1 Grand Prix, a competition for shroom products decided by popular vote. In addition to the grand prize, awards will be handed out in categories like 'best new idea' and 'farmers' favourite'. There'll of course also be plenty of free samples available, so shroom-heads are in for a real treat. Finally, ten 'mushroom bonsai' will be hidden among the stalls, and anyone finding and taking photos of three or more of these can exchange their evidence for real mushrooms at the competition counter.
