The streets of Shinjuku assume an artsy appearance for this year's edition of Creators' Festa, a sprawling celebration of creativity that brings art into the area's office buildings, overpasses and public spaces. Just walking around Shinjuku Station should be enough to spot some of the humorous pieces on offer, including work by top names like Yayoi Kusama and Noboru Tsubaki. A wide variety of related events, including talks, kids' workshops and film screenings will also take place around the area throughout the festival period. Don't miss this opportunity to discover a different side of the western centre.
