Review

This budget hotel on the road between Shibuya and Omotesando attracts a mainly female clientele, and you need only look at their shojo manga-esque rooms – enlivened by retro Continental wallpaper and wrought iron bed posts – to understand why. (The Christina Ricci film Penelope apparently served as a model for some of the rooms.) The staff are friendly, but their stringent rules – including a ban on outside visitors – might strike some guests as overly fussy. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
