Review

The interior is by-the-numbers trendy bar, with designer sofas, hip music and artsy projections on the wall. But it’s the roof that offers the best reason to spend an evening at Quons, if the weather allows. The cosy wooden top deck falls a bit short of the Balinese effect it seems to be aiming for, but it’s still a great place to sip cocktails with a breeze on your cheeks.
